Subscription, Billing, Cancellation & Refund Policy

GrindTime Games offers optional paid memberships providing access to premium sports analysis, predictions, DFS information, and other subscriber-only content.

The availability and frequency of content may vary depending on the sports calendar, scheduled events, and contributor availability.

A subscription purchases access to content and does not guarantee a specific number of winning selections, financial returns, or betting outcomes.

Our standard VIP membership is offered at:

$39.00 per month, plus any applicable taxes disclosed at checkout.

Any alternative pricing, promotional offer, or subscription tier will be displayed before purchase.

VIP subscriptions renew automatically every month until canceled.

By completing checkout and expressly agreeing to the recurring billing terms, you authorize our designated payment processor to charge your selected payment method $39.00 per month, plus applicable taxes, until you cancel.

Your billing date will generally correspond to your original subscription date, subject to payment processor rules and calendar-month variations.

You will receive confirmation of your subscription and instructions for managing or canceling it.

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

To cancel online:

Sign in to your GrindTime Games account.

Open Account Settings or Billing.

Select Manage Subscription.

Choose Cancel Subscription and follow the confirmation steps.

If you cannot access your account, contact GrindTimeGames@gmail.com for assistance.

Online subscriptions may be canceled online without requiring a telephone call or conversation with a representative.

Cancellation stops future automatic renewals once processed.

Unless otherwise required by law or specifically stated in an offer, access remains available through the end of the current paid billing period.

Because premium content is digital and may be accessible immediately after purchase, subscription fees are generally nonrefundable once a billing period begins, except where required by applicable law or where GrindTime Games expressly agrees to issue a refund.

We do not ordinarily issue refunds because:

A particular sports prediction loses.

A subscriber disagrees with an analysis or recommendation.

A subscriber does not use the service during the billing period.

A subscriber changes their mind after accessing premium content.

Refunds or other appropriate remedies may be available for duplicate or erroneous charges, billing after an effective cancellation, material service failures, or other circumstances required by law.

We will review billing concerns submitted to GrindTimeGames@gmail.com.

Nothing in this policy limits statutory consumer rights.

To avoid another charge, cancel before your next scheduled renewal.

Your account should display your next billing date and subscription status.

If you cancel after a renewal charge has already been processed, that charge will be handled under this Refund Policy and applicable law.

We may change subscription pricing.

Existing subscribers will receive advance notice of applicable price changes and instructions for cancellation, consistent with legal requirements.

We will obtain additional consent where required by law.

If a recurring payment fails, we or our payment processor may retry the charge in accordance with applicable law and disclosed billing practices.

Premium access may be suspended until payment is successfully processed.

We will not knowingly impose undisclosed fees.

If promotional pricing or free trials are introduced, the specific offer terms will be clearly disclosed before enrollment.

Those disclosures will include the trial or promotional duration, the amount and timing of future charges, renewal terms, and cancellation instructions.

Any conversion from a free trial to a paid subscription will require the consent and notices mandated by applicable law.

GrindTime Games may update its sports coverage, contributors, publication schedule, or membership features.

If a material change substantially reduces a paid service, affected subscribers may be entitled to notice, cancellation, or a refund as required by law.

Nothing in this policy limits your right to dispute a charge with your payment provider or exercise rights under applicable law.
